**Context** - Ongoing costs for the development, operation and maintenance of governance platform for Polkadex

Polkassembly is the governance partner for Polkadex. This submission proposes a recurring payment (quarterly) to cover maintenance costs for Polkassembly, including general maintenance, runtime upgrades changes and could/infrastructure cost.

In this particular proposal, the costs for the newly developed features like Notifications and Search in Polkadex's Polkassembly portal have been included as well. **Cost Breakdown**:
Maintenance Cost (April’23-Jun’23) - $1,050
Search, Notifications and new feature deployment - $2,000


**Important Notes** - 
- The maintenance cost for using Polkassembly will be increased from $350/month to $450/month starting July ‘23. 
- Going ahead, any new maintenance proposal will aim to fund costs for 2 quarters together instead of 1, helping reduce governance burden and optimizing the process further.
