**Description:** Thanks to the passing of referendum 8, PHA/USDT is now listed on Polkadex Orderbook. In order to spread the word about the listing, we are putting forward a proposal for 500 PDEX to be spent on an awareness campaign via our partner AirLyft. 

This proposal comes after the iBTC listing campaign (also on AirLyft) which attracted over 700 participants. That iBTC campaign was allocated 1,000 PDEX from the Polkadex Ambassador Program Phase II funds as a trial run for future Ambassador Program-adjacent campaigns (including listing campaigns such as this one) and as a precursor to the full migration of the Ambassador Program to AirLyft. Following the success of the iBTC campaign, the Polkadex core contributors have decided to apply the same approach to the next Orderbook listing: PHA from Phala Network. 

The PHA Listing Campaign will encourage participants to share the news of the first-ever democratic listing on Polkadex Orderbook, interact with Polkadex products on-chain, and create content for future newcomers and existing Polkadexers alike. The approved allocation will be distributed proportionately among the top 20 participants based on their share of XP earned, with different quests –or tasks– earning different amounts of XP. If a tie occurs for the last spot (20th), every participant tied for 20th will qualify for rewards. 

All XP will count as Ambassador points and will factor into the decision-making when new Ambassador and Champion roles are given out.
