### Primary reason for putting up the above proposal

1. The current depth and spread of the market for PDEX in centralised exchanges is not sufficient. 2. The team needs to unlock the unused market making capital ( in USDT) in the centralised exchanges - to be utilised for project development and growth initiative, in light of uncertain market conditions. 
3. The project needs to have a long term market making partnership with a reputed market maker in order to support its exchange launch coming up later this year. 
To accomplish this, after several weeks of negotiations with top 5 market makers in the crypto industry, the team has finalised a loan agreement with GSR, a Tier1 market maker. The partnership announcement will be made in public when the activity begins. 

### Conditions of the loan are as given below 

1. 500,000 PDEX or its equivalent value at a mutually agreed strike price will be returned to the treasury in one year from the date of commencement. 
2. In return, the market maker will carry out MM activities for PDEX on one or more exchanges on which the market maker is integrated.
