This proposal is to incentivize the **Open Beta Program participants**.

It will be for the **previous, ongoing and upcoming cycles** put together to ensure all these cycles are rewarded and benefit the community. 

Moving forward, **per cycle**, we will announce in advance whether it is rewarded or not based on the council's decision.
