Hi, I am an enthusiast of Polkadex and cryptocurrencies in general. I would like to apply to be a moderator of the Spanish Polkadex community, as I believe I can bring value to the project and to the Spanish-speaking community.
Motivation&nbsp;
I am interested in Polkadex because it seems to me an innovative and scalable solution for decentralized trading, combining the advantages of centralized and decentralized exchanges, such as speed, security, liquidity and interoperability. I believe Polkadex has great potential to revolutionize the future of non-custodial trading and drive the Polkadot ecosystem forward.
However, I have also noticed that there is a lack of information and support in Spanish about Polkadex, which makes it difficult for Spanish-speaking users to access and participate. According to the Cervantes Institute, Spanish is the second most spoken language in the world, with more than 585 million speakers, and the fourth most used language on the Internet, with more than 8% of users. In addition, the Latin American market is one of the most active and growing in cryptocurrencies, with countries such as Venezuela, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico among the leaders in adoption.
For these reasons, I believe it is important to create and strengthen a Spanish Polkadex community that can inform, educate and assist users interested in the project, as well as attract and retain new users. As moderator of the Spanish community, I commit myself to perform the following activities:

<li>Create and manage communication channels in Spanish for the Polkadex community, such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Medium, etc.</li>

<li>Translate and share Polkadex news, announcements, tutorials and official resources into Spanish, as well as create original and tailored content for the Spanish-speaking audience.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Respond to users' questions, doubts and suggestions in Spanish about Polkadex, as well as provide technical support and guidance for the use of the platform.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Moderate and monitor user messages in the communication channels, to avoid spam, scams, insults and violations of the community rules.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Organize and promote events, contests, sweepstakes and other initiatives to encourage participation, learning and fun for the community in Spanish.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Collaborate with other moderators, ambassadors and members of the Polkadex team to coordinate actions, share experiences and receive feedback.</li>
</ul>
Objectives and metrics
To measure the success of my work as a moderator of the Spanish community, I propose the following goals and metrics:

<li>Increase the number of users in Polkadex's Spanish-language communication channels, such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Medium, etc. The goal is to reach at least 200 users in the first month, and a monthly growth of 2%.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Increase the level of user activity and interaction on Polkadex's Spanish-language communication channels, such as the number of messages, comments, reactions, mentions, etc. The goal is to achieve at least 100 daily interactions in each channel in the first month, and a monthly growth of 5%.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Increase the degree of user satisfaction and loyalty in Polkadex's Spanish-language communication channels, such as the number of recurring users, time spent, positive feedback, referrals, etc.</li>
</ul>
To perform the activities described above, I request a compensation of $350 in PDEX per month, to be paid at the end of each month, upon submission of a report of activities and results.
I am willing to work for free or on a trial basis during the first month, to demonstrate my ability and commitment as a moderator of the Polkadex Spanish community.
