Dear Council Members,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address an issue regarding Proposals 18 and 19, which have been passed but remain unexecuted. It appears that both proposals may have been created incorrectly, leading to their non-execution.

Considering the approval and voting process these proposals have undergone, I kindly request the Council to manually and promptly execute Proposal 18 without delay. As for Proposal 19, I propose that it be manually executed upon reaching the expiration date.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and thank you in advance for your understanding and prompt action.

Thank you for your attention
