We think it's a more conservative approach and there is no need no burn 2M PDEX straight away. If this 1,000,000 PDEX burn is approved will be enacted on-chain by February. 

Further 250K monthly burn proposals can be submitted by the community later on to keep the max supply below 22 MPDEX and used for engagement and onboarding new users.
