Hi - This proposal is for testing trading pair registration on Polkadex Orderbook through a democratic voting process on-chain.

As a part of this testing, we performed the following actions:
1. Created two dummy tokens on the mainnet called ABC (asset id: 789) and XYZ (asset id: 101112)
2. Created a pre-image with a batch of calls to allowlist these assets and register a trading pair with ABC as base asset and XYZ as quote asset with price and qty parameters set within the Orderbook limits
3. Put up the proposal for a council vote
4. Fast tracked the proposal through a tech-committee vote
5. Put up the proposal for a democracy vote to test the final step

Important Note: The assets being registered are dummy assets and do not hold any value. We will remove the trading pair from the frontend and stop the pair on-chain as soon as the testing is complete.
