Short Description: This submission proposes to raise PDEX from the treasury to cover the monthly pay for all current community roles (including local community moderators, 2 english community moderators, and 1 ambassador lead) from the month of July 2023 to September 22th 2023 as well as a further 6 months for the 2 English Community Moderators + the Ambassador Lead role (from September 2023 to March 2024). 
Duration: Requested treasury funds will be used to cover monthly salary expenses for past work since July of 2023, as well as future work up to September 22 for local language channel Community Moderators, and up to March 22 (or more pending renewal) for the 2 English Community Moderators and the Ambassador Lead. 
Moving forward: While local language Community Moderator roles will no longer be sponsored through treasury proposals by Polkadex Core Contributors, existing language Community Moderators and others interested in running their own Polkadex language communities are encouraged to create their own treasury proposals to provide services to the worldwide Polkadex community. We hope this will create a more dynamic global community surrounding Polkadex that will champion the best community advocates to grow Polkadex awareness on a local level. Ambassador Lead and English Community Moderator will continue to be sponsored through treasury proposals by Polkadex Core Contributors until further notice. Both types of positions will be paid on a monthly basis. The quantity this proposal is requesting includes compensation for these 2 roles held by 3 community members (1 Ambassador Lead + 2 English Community Moderators) for 6 months beyond September 22th 2023. 
Amount breakdown: While the funds are intended to cover a from July to September 22nd 2023 for the current status quo and from September 22nd 2023 to March 2024, volatility in the price of PDEX might reduce or extend the overall duration of the program. The funds are being requested at a current 7 day VWAP of 0.7161 and intend to cover a PDEX equivalent (21607.96 PDEX) of $30174.5. Role details: The two following roles will continue to help grow the Polkadex community and bring decentralized high frequency trading to as many people as possible. The Ambassador Lead is integral to harnessing the full power of the Polkadex ambassador program as it prepares for a second phase relaunch. Throughout Phase I of the Ambassador program, the Ambassador Lead established efficient processes to rate thousands of task submissions and ultimately reward over 100 participants with their earned PDEX. Since the end of Phase I, Polkadex&rsquo;s Ambassador Lead has been working hard on revamping the program for its second phase, with new tasks intended to help broaden the community&rsquo;s reach and create quality information for potential Polkadex network participants and Orderbook users. Community Moderators are the first point of contact for most Polkadex network participants as the network grows. The role of a Community moderator is to drive positive experiences through expert moderation and engagement in platforms like Telegram and Discord, while answering pressing questions and keeping the entire community informed and up to date.
